Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide first tier support, PC, Server support and maintenance /set up, hardware repair for end users

• Provide server troubleshoot, system admin and maintenance

• Maintain and monitor daily system operation

Requirements:

• Diploma Holder or above in Information Technology or related disciplines

• 1 year + of working experience in Helpdesk support and troubleshooting for end users

• Knowledge of user end Operating Systems, server and network  

• Experience in PC hardware installation, network, printer setup, and troubleshooting
